2015 in Review
Gospel for Asia's version of an annual report-this is the first time it would be digital only.
By the Numbers
Gospel for Asia wanted to communicate with its donor-base about how much was being done in Asia.
Challenge
- Take a list of numbers and create a visually interesting web page that all international offices can use.
- Not to be treated as a typical annual report, graphs and graphics should be minimal.
Solution
The team developed design style that could easily be used by other countries, speaking other languages to make their own social media graphics and edit it for their own emails. There was intentionally no text on the images, so that other countries could use the webpage as it is. We divided the numbers into more concrete sections so the reader could digest the content in a logical manner.
Results
- Heatmaps and time on page metrics indicated that readers read the majority of the content and interacted with key elements.
- International offices were able to reuse aspects of the webpage for other digital communications in their own languages.
